1. The seller / celebrity agrees not to alter or change the minimum bidding price after the bidding process starts.

2. The website assures not to disclose any confidential information regarding the seller / celebrity. website policy.

3. Conditions of Use:

  • HAPELL.COM does not warrant that this portal, it’s servers, or email sent by us or on our behalf are virus free.
    HAPELL.COM will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this portal, including, but not limited to compensatory, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special and consequential damages, loss of data, goodwill, business opportunity, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties. In no event will HAPELL.COM be liable for any damages whatsoever in any amount.

4. Advertising Policy :

  • The seller/ celebrity agrees the fact that the photos provided by them shall be used by HAPELL.COM for further advertising purpose.

5. Circumventing the Sales Process:

  • You may not attempt to circumvent the HAPELL.COM sales process or divert HAPELL.COM customers to another website. This means that you may not provide links or messages that prompt users to visit any external website or complete a transaction elsewhere.

6. Bidding shall happen for a specified period, where status of bid open, bid closed and bid withdrawn shall be shown.

7. This platform shall provide only platform to interact between parties. No where company shall indulge in purchase and sale transactions on agent relationship basis.

8. All invoices to be made by vendors in the name of buyers. Celebrity articles shall be billed by celebrity, Coins shall be billed by coin seller, Stamps shall be billed by Stamp Seller, Prosthetic & Orthotics & assisstive aids shall be billed by the respective Vendors. All these to be billed to the buyer.

9. In case it is found that this platform is being used against the government rules and regulation attracting the violation of various laws including Anti-Money Laundering Act, 2002. In such case, company preserves the right to block such users or do such needful act as is required.
